Stir together yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a small bowl until combined.
Spoon 1 Tbsp yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold. Evenly divide fruit among molds. Spoon remaining yogurt mixture evenly into each mold, leaving ½-inch from the top empty.
Stir granola and honey together in a small bowl. Spoon granola evenly among popsicle molds (about 1 Tbsp granola each). Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until fully frozen (at least 4 hours). When ready to eat, run the molds under warm water to release the popsicle.
